Wine should be one of the most enjoyable parts of your day, and at Vinook, we’re all about making that experience even better.

But great wine comes with great responsibility. We’re a community—one that values trust, respect, and doing the right thing by our customers, our producers, and each other. So, we have a few conditions for being a Vinook member and for using the Vinook website.

Keeping It Real

One of the most exciting things about Vinook is our exclusive deals—wines so incredible that we can only offer them under certain conditions. Some of these agreements require us to keep the identity of the wine and its producer confidential. If you get access to these special deals, we ask that you keep the secret with us. Please don’t post the details anywhere, even if you’re really excited about it!

Why? Because if we break the trust of our partners, we might not be able to offer these epic deals anymore. And that’s a loss for everyone.

One Account Per Person

We love when our members spread the word! Our "invite a friend" program is designed to reward you for bringing fellow wine lovers into the Vinook community. However, we ask that you keep it fair—one account per person, no gaming the system. This helps us keep the experience enjoyable and sustainable for all members.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at support@vinook.com.au as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our return and refund policy. Refunds will be processed according to our standard terms.

The Legal Bit

Okay, this part isn’t as fun, but it’s important. By using Vinook.com.au, you agree to our Terms of Service, which cover your rights and responsibilities as a user of our site.
